East Side Outreach Coordinator
North Union Farmers Market is seeking a passionate and community-focused professional to expand access to fresh, locally grown food across Cleveland’s Eastside communities. The Eastside Outreach Coordinator works directly with neighborhood partners, community organizations, and residents to increase awareness and participation in farmers markets and food access programs including SNAP/EBT, WIC, Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program, and Produce Perks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, community engagement, and helping ensure that fresh, local food is accessible to all.
