Executive Director
North Union Farmers Market is seeking a full-time Executive Director to lead our mission of building a more fair and equitable local food system by connecting farmers and communities across Northeast Ohio.
This hybrid Cleveland-based leadership role oversees strategy, daily operations, fundraising, staff management, and community partnerships across multiple market locations. The Executive Director serves as the public face of the organization and works closely with the Board, staff, vendors, and community partners to support a thriving local food network.
We’re seeking an experienced, collaborative leader with a strong background in management, fundraising, financial oversight, and community engagement. Some evenings and weekends are required.
