Farm to Table: A Celebration of Local Flavor

On Monday, July 21, 2025, friends and supporters of North Union Farmers Market gathered at EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute for a special Farm to Table dinner celebrating 30 years of impact.

The evening featured a four-course dinner curated by Chef Brandon Chrostowski, James Beard Impact Award honoree, with seasonal ingredients sourced from North Union Farmers Market farmer vendors.

More than a memorable meal, the event was a celebration of the farmers, food producers, partners and community members who have helped North Union Farmers Market grow over the past three decades.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us, supported the event and helped make the evening so meaningful.

Proceeds from the event supported North Union Farmers Market’s ongoing mission to strengthen our local food system and help make fresh, healthy, locally grown food more accessible throughout Northeast Ohio.
