Become a North Union Farmers Market Vendor

Thank you for your interest in becoming a seller at North Union Farmers Market. These include our markets at Shaker Square, Crocker Park, Chagrin Falls, Cleveland Clinic, Lakewood, Legacy Village, University Hospitals, and The Van Aken District.

We’re always excited to connect with farmers, food producers, and small businesses who are passionate about local food and community!

Please note: North Union Farmers Market is a producer-only market. Vendors are expected to grow, raise, or make the products they sell. We do not allow reselling of wholesale or third-party goods. We’re proud to support those who plant, produce, bake, and craft their items from the ground up - vendors who reflect the heart of a truly local food system.

Tell Us About Your Business

We’re grateful for the strong interest in our markets. Because space is limited and carefully balanced, we’re not able to accommodate every inquiry, but we’re always glad to learn about new businesses.

We’re always especially excited to hear from farms and agricultural producers of all kinds. If you grow produce, raise livestock, harvest honey, grow flowers, manage an orchard, or cultivate nursery stock, we encourage you to apply. Farm inquiries are reviewed promptly.

For prepared food, value-added, and artisan vendors, space may be limited depending on category and market location. We carefully balance product mix to maintain a strong producer-focused market experience.

We are dedicated to maintaining a balanced market mix. Vendor categories with limited availability include:

  • Carnival-style foods

  • Sweet baked goods

  • Cosmetics and personal care products

We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our markets diverse and producer-focused.

Due to the high volume of applications, we’re unable to speak with every prospective vendor individually. Thank you for your understanding!

Important Notes:

Licensing & Compliance: Vendors are responsible for maintaining all required federal, state, and local licenses, permits, and certifications applicable to their products. Vendors must be prepared to provide proof of current documentation to North Union Farmers Market staff upon request.

Producer-Only Policy: North Union Farmers Market is a producer-only market. Vendors must grow, raise, or produce the items they sell. The resale of wholesale or third-party goods is not permitted.

Product Approval: Only products approved through the application process may be sold at market. Any additions or changes to your product mix would nee to be reviewed and approved in advance.
